Great pics Jim!! We are gonna need update pics of your Wife's garden every week now so we can see the progress. You either got a late start on your pork or you cooking hot and fast. what temp are you cooking at?

thanks you guys:)
John, the butt was put on about 8am today, just looked at it, the dome temp is 275-285ºF and the internal temp of the meat is at 171ºF.
I may chop some and pull the rest... not sure, I do have some really cool rolls to plop some of this pork on, lookin' forward to that;)

right now, i'm in the middle of mowing the lawn (or as they say in Milwaukee: cuttin' the grass) :p

I try. butt not very hard.

ok, after 7 hours, the internal temp hit 200ºF. good enough for me to pull it from the Weber and foil it for a few hours.

No, I'm not Jim.
But I once worked on a golf course. I was cutting the grass with lawn mower Jacobsen. It worked perfectly. I wish that Rolf had with this mark something in common. Maybe the owner, Rolf:confused:?

I love the combination of smell the cut grass / bbq.

Meat&drink looks perfect, of course!

That's a beautiful butt you got there Jim. Could you please send me one of those adult beverages you're enjoying.

Beautiful yard Jim. Are those irrigation pipes (white PVC I'm guessing) or do they serve another purpose? Can't wait to see the finished product! This post makes me want to get my lazy bones to build a garden.
