Chopped up 4 cloves of Garlic, 1/2 onion and 3 of my Uncle Fred's muck potatoes. Browned garlic n onions in EVOO then added taters on CI
Chops done indirect until IT of 145 and then seared over direct heat @ 1 min. Per side
All plated..chops were moist and delicious. Forgot to mention they had my homemade rub on them. Taters... Mmmm and Bread butter pickles and pepper from homemade.
