Second smoke for pulled pork.

My pellet had gotten some moisture in it with the heavy rains so I fired it up to dry it out.

Then I thought I should cook something.

I decided to thaw some pulled pork in the smoker. We will see how it does.

Set to a low temp about 195. Using hickory pellets spritzed with ACV.

I was hungry and I didn't want to dry out the pork.

Pulled it off and temp checked it. It was about 100F.

Finished heating in a sauce pan with a splash of apple juice.

There's a hint of hickory so I'll call this a success.

Edit. The pork was not very smokey to start with, so after finishing the sandwich, I think this added some nice hickory flavor.
