Second cook - Ribs

Well for my second cook I went with baby back ribs with smoke mafia seasoning. Cooked for about 2 hours and then wrapped with Stubbs spicy bbq sauce for 1 hour and another hour unwrapped. Stayed around 250 degrees. I used cherry and apple chunks. Came out amazing! I’m loving this WSM!

Looks great! I haven't tried doing baby back ribs yet but will soon. I find spare ribs are too rich tasting for me the same day I smoke them. The next day reheated they're fine though for whatever reason.
