Sea Scallops and Salmon

Here are some photos of seafood I cooked for the family. The sea scallops were for my wife and dad (unfortunately I have a shellfish allergy), while the salmon filet was for me. Thanks for checking out the pics, hope you all have a nice weekend!


The sea scallops were seasoned with just salt and fresh ground black pepper, grilled over lump charcoal, then drizzled with a simple vinaigrette of lemon juice, dijon mustard, and olive oil.




Like the scallops, the salmon was just seasoned with salt and pepper. Nothing fancy here.
 
That's a five star cook Jerome, I love Scallops, yours are perfect. (Salmon looks good too, but I'm gushing on the Scallops)

Fantastic!!! My wife is allergic to scallops & I never considered cooking her something like salmon & scallops for me.
