Sea Bass

Went to the local fishmonger today in SLC and purchased myself some sea bass. To go with the fiish I cooked some geen beans and couscous.
Whipped up some garlic butter then coated the fish and put on some grey salt, pepper and dill from the garden.

I love this fish, it is firm and mild tasting. And the fun continues I'm putting this butt on around midnight!

Nice cook, I love sea bass. I crunch (not crush) Ritz crackers and mix them in with real mayo until pasty, put it on the bass (liberal amts) cook about 400 degrees on a pit, preferably over wood (oak)

We catch them all the time here, great eats and the favorite of a lot of eastern fisherman. Yours look cooked to perfection my friend, well done

Fish looks great! I love fish too but haven't done any yet on my new Performer. I've read that you should not use the same grill that you use for meats for grilling fish. Some say the fish taste stays with the grill. I find that hard to believe.
