Scrawny, but Scrumptious CSRs

Asked the butcher for his 4 largest country style ribs.
Without seeing them before he wrapped them up, this is what i got.

One bigguy, two meeds, and under an inch-thick flapjack. Let's make lemonade!
Seasoned with Tasty Licks BBQ Rub.

apple wood for smoke

sauced with Pappy's Original Barbecue Sauce

on the 26" OTG for over an hour...

the pork was FANTASTIC!

The sauce and seasoning compliments each other... Great Stuff, All of it!
