Scoth Fillet's.......Very Brown Meal

Sat night - steak night



To get a nice Cast Iron sear on the Kettle one of my grates off the Off-Set Smoker sits perfect on the 4 x tabs



Spuds had Chili, S & P, granulated Garlic on



Had a craving for some srooms not the good fresh ones the canned ones.......i know....management hates them too but i really like em, throw some 4 x beans in and fresh Garlic



Ready for yer Brown meal

Rib eye David....Scotch Fillet a common name for it here.....but just a rib eye mate
