Was inspired by all the mid-2009 SJS/G long cooks and the more recent mini-WSM work. My market had a 2.5# choice brisket on sale and thought it would fit in a SJG.
Cook took around 5.5 hr total. Had some temp control issues (needed to refuel twice ;-) and also cooked plan B (smoked brats direct) for dinner.
It probed like butter when it came off.
