thick bacon "interwoven" in the slices

supersmall baby Yukons

sliced baby portabellas in Wisconsin butter

while all that was happening, two nice chuck eye steaks were grillin'..
butt i musta had one of those fudged-up TP moments where i didn't photo shoot them

here they are resting after a few minutes each side on the grill

and all the other shi..... stuff.

plated up dinner before eetin' outside...

a little sauce for the unbreaded onions

I tried to make unions like this tonight, but they really need a very long cooking time, as far as I can tell. For how long did you cook yours?
