Saturday Night Fajitas

Some McCormick Grill Mates "Mexican Fiesta". Marinated some thin chicken filets for about 5 hours

This won't take long, these babies are pretty thin. I only fired up about 10-15 briquettes.

While these were going, got the veggies going. A premixed frozen pack, that we seasoned and warmed on the stove.

The turn.

The table of goodies....help yourself...have it your way

Some sour cream and jalapenos for a good base

Some stir fry veggies, some bird, some salsa and cheese, topped with some Cholula and some good fall harvest to wash it down.

Thanks for looking, and hope you all have a FAN tastic weekend

Nice work Gene! Love some tacos! I could work on a few of those right now! Glad you found some pumpkin brew! Hope it was good! Never seen that one before!

Me either Morgan. I've tried several and couldn't find one I enjoyed. Jim's right though, here it was over 8 bucks a bottle. I was hesitant but obviously went with it.:) You can really taste the pumpkin and spices, it was MOST enjoyable, especially at over 8.5% alcohol by volume:D

it would not bother me if it were alcohol free, if the taste is good, great!
alcohol content does not make it better, imo.

Terrific looking fajita cook Gene!
That close up pic has me starved!

We have a pretty darn good local pumpkin beer, I need to pick some up.
