Saturday Afternoon Cook

Well I had to take last Saturday off due to another gout attack. This was my first in two years but it was a good one, cost me two vacation days and I'm still limping. Anyway, I decided to go with chicken for three hours at 250 and Kickin chicken for the seasoning. This was a first and I love spicy seasonings so it was great. I also did a cabbage and biscuits. Kind of a boring meal but its good to be able to smoke again. Thanks for looking.

Nothing boring about this Neil! Absolutely a delicious looking cook! Hope you get over your gout soon as I can attest it is damn painful!

**Sorry, I meant to say first time to cook in two weeks**

Onion? What onion. It was good. :)I was messing around and tried a blue moon beer poured into a coke can and it was pretty good paired with cherry wood.

Note: I wouldn't be able to do this without the help from you all. The wife's liking it still so I'm ok.
