Hope everyone had a good holiday - It was strange day here in the eastern slopes of the Cascades. It was super windy and smokey with several fires burning throughout the NW... (as well as pretty much the entire west coast) Not a great day to fire up a BBQ, but with the smoker buttoned up pretty good, it seemed ok... We went with some Asian style ribs.......

...and at just about go time, after being sauced up: The sauce was good -basically just coconut milk, red Thai chili paste and peanut butter.....
