The CEO returned from the Texas buis trip today and my #3 leaves O'Dark thirty tomorrow for college so I decided to hook them up tonight.

Off to the Fish Monger, he had fresh Sardines that came in this morning and large shrimp also. Shrimp in with Old Bay and fresh Lime Juice.

On the table on top of some mixed greens, all were pleased.

Hey Clint, that first bag of shrimp must be for you.....its a long drive....maybe I should just go get them instead.

Bill could you translate the title of this post? Superb looking shrimp and I have never seen sardines prepared that way, very nice.

I've heard that before :) - you guys are killing me. Unfortunately, this is my only contribution to the board tonight:

Another super cook Bill. That's right up my street!

Sardines are a real tasty fish. Healthy too! Surprisingly under used IMO. We buy them whole & gutted. Dust them in a piri-piri dry-rub, rosemary and thyme in the body cavity. Put them in a fish basket straight on the grill. A few mins either side...done! Crusty fresh bread, & a glass of chilled Rose. (I picked up this cook whilst holiday in southern Spain).

I love the seafood you're always putting out Bill. Looks great, and relatively "easy". Thanks for great pics to go with it.
