Excellent looking Tri-Tip Jim. Just curious, Do you season your mushrooms? They look delicious. I use S&P and about a teaspoon of butter.
P.S. I feel sorry for those of you who have a hard time finding a Tri-Tip. Here in Northern California I can go to any of a dozen stores within a 10 mile radious and pick up as many as I wish. In fact, I think I will do just that on my way home from work this evening.
