Well one of my favorite blue cheese in a burger. 250g of ground meat(50/50 pork/beef) And 60 grams of the lovely cheese.
Here we Go:
The blue....Creamy...Salty....BIG body....AWESOME

That got worked into the meat. And 2 regular for the kids.

On the HOT grill.
