1.) It seams that the SJS can still be used as a grill when not smoking - why can't the SJG?  Is the SJG modified in some way and I missed that?
2.) Here's the one I'm interested in - if you own a WSM is there a reason you would want to smoke on the SJS rather than your WSM?  I understand that the SJS cooks for 1-2, but can't  the WSM cook for 1-2 just as easily?  Or is it more of a charcoal efficiency thing?
Don't get me wrong - I'm starting my CL search today for a SJS to join the club!
