Run for the Roses Tri-Tip

The original plan was to have pulled beef for the Run for the Roses, but laziness settled in and the chuck didn't go on until the afternoon.

Not to be plateless, I tossed on a tri-tip, a sweet potato, and some carrots. Yummy.

And nothing says Kentucky Derby like mint juleps. The Maker's Mark flowed.
