Rump Cap.....Low n Slow!....we'll See How We Go!

Sunday was going to be a busy busy day working on my Shed / Barn (Insulating & lining it out) so i needed something easy that i could just trust the bullet with......but Rump.....pretty dry cut for low n slow!...but i have one thing going for it.....nice big fat cap :)







Set a Jimmy up with Redgum Charcoal and sum Skeet a little later


Rub sum spices in..tumeric,garlic,cumin,coriander s&p....set her on lower shelf


Long live the bullet ;) stayed like this for seven hours


took out @ 150f..wrapped..rested for 1.5 hrs.....climbed to 170f...this is when i got my ears bashed "Oh now you've let go to well-done being so busy its going to be like boot leather.......guess what....it wasn't....it was bewdifull :D...so tender fall apart & juicy




But being so busy........Sorry No plated pics :rolleyes:
