It really comes down to what you want & how you want to cook. I bought some Octoforks when they first came out & haven't used them yet.
Every time I consider cooking with them.... I start thinking about having to clean them.
I will be cooking mostly ribs and roasts, some times whole chickens.

actually, there are another two spits that attach . . . So, four racks are possibleJim, I bet you could do three racks with that setup!
not practical trying to thread a rack on the inside spit then adding the outer racks...Should have room for a rack of ribs on the center rod.
