Rotisserie chicken, first time

For cleanup, I put the roti forks in the dishwasher and sometimes run them through multiple cycles until they come clean. Spit gets scrubbed with a green scrubby and barkeeper friend.

Roll on, roll on, Monongahela! No, that’s wrong! Roll Tide, nope, Wrong again! Roll on Buddy don’t you roll so slow, how can I pull when you roll so slow? Nope that not the right song either!

Now that you have done the first one, you have to try the Raichlen “Peruvian chicken recipe. It’s a little bit involved but, very much worth the effort! Double the green sauce component! Trust me!

Leftovers (if there are any) with the green sauce makes the most amazing chicken salad!

I need to find this!

You can thank me later!
That’s how I cleaned my spit.
Be gentle, and don’t grind the pudding out of the spit, I knock the “nuggets” off the forks and one run through upper level of the Bosch and they are dandy!
