Took out the old mallet and went at some skinless chicken breasts
Added some Smoked Gouda Cheese and fresh spinach, then rolled them up
Ready for the grill.... Notice we had one order for skewered corn

I had some Roadside chicken sauce left over so I basted the chicken with that. Grilled the grapes about three minutes. They were tossed in a little oil and salt was added. Notice how careful I was about watching the skewered corn temperature?
Mixed the grilled peppers with corn, added some potato salad and cold watermelon. All the plates were cleaned.
Adding the roadside chicken basting gave a nice flavor down until you reached the Gouda which bit back with a burst of flavor. Grilling the grapes seemed to make them more sweet.
