Road side chicken tonight!

Howdy folks!!! Got tons of snow and its feeling like winter so I decided some summer vittles were in order!
After the dogs crashed I snuck out to fire up the WSM!

Little snowy fire going!

Few chicken thighs on ..we ran the smoker wide open with no water pan and 1 chimney of lit coal!

Bit later (bout an hour at 320) I put the grill rack in the lower section to get some color!

Got the mini some smoking good!

And all plated with tater salad and beans and steamed broccoli!
