I enjoyed a nice IPA thanks to my friend.

Made some Carne Asada with chuck steak and used webers steak and chop

Yeah. It's cheap. I got 2 8lb bags for $5

That is what I like to use when I go high heat. It is pretty good, just have to break down some of those big chunks, and sometimes the little pieces can be a pain.
