Probably one of my favorite ways for Chicken

Marinated a 7 lb bird overnight



Spathcocked onto the grill indirect around 350 after a quick sear...



Was taking A LONG time and everyone getting hungry , so I sectioned it up and forgot plated pics... My little neighbor boy stayed for dinner and proclaimed " The best meal ever!"
It was good but not quite that ....
