Took advantage of an easy day schedule wise for us , only had ice hockey from 8-11... RiBzz on by noon and off at 4... No foil... Minion with apple wood ... WSM locked in at 225-235 whole cook with no adjustments even with torrential on/off down pours

I got this off of neighbors who were gonna throw it away

Had a 10 lb case Red Brick Farms RiBzz in freezer ( got these for about $1.29lb I think) they are average (meat wise) (a lot of tip sections) but the family/kids and neighborhood kids like em , so I smoke em
Rubbed with SYD rub

Left some racks dry and Sauce No. 5 (minus ketchup) for the rest

Made Keris hog Apple pie beans for second time and these are tooooooooo die for.... Gonna try using peach pie filling next time
