Ribs

Put a couple slabs of ribs on the WSM today. Turned out great! Cooker ran around 250 for 6 hours. Chugged right along with little to no attention. For my first smoke I'm definitely impressed with this thing!

My go to is my kettle though. I use it all the time both for grilling and smoking. With the vortex and the SNS I really have 5 other cookers that I really don't need!
