Ribs on Sunday Funday


 
hey everyone! Decided to do some ribs on Sunday Funday. 80 degrees here in Sunny Florida.


Used Jack Daniels' Pork rub, modified 3-2-1 method, with brown sugar, honey, butter, and tiger sauce.

Spritz every 30 minutes after the first 1 hour. Spritz was make of 3 cups apple juice, 1 cup sugar, bottle of imitation butter.

Made the sauce out of Weber Sweet and Spicy, honey, and apple jelly.

Did 1 dry, and 1 sauce. I prefer the dry rubs over sauced.

Great looking ribs Austin. I'm with you on the dry rubbed ribs. Don't think I like them better than sauces, but I sure like to have them once in a while.
