Going Old School with my ribs. This is they way my father cooked his ribs. He did not need no stikin smoker he was a grill man.

All of this goes into the pan with straight vinegar

The pan without the vinegar

Trimmed up the Sam's Club ribs.
thus the tips abound.

Trimmed and ready

On the Gasser

Getting the color and I am ready too

Sauce
Although I thought of using my beloved Maull's I switch to Weber's Original

Sauce is on

They are off

Sauced, Cut and ready.

First mine

Then hers.

Just a few notes. I was raised a mop man. The only thing different from mine and my Dad's is things like dried onions, bell peppers, instead of fresh.

Yes so understand. I love the way my father cooked. Like to cook "his way". I will do good old pork steaks St. Louis style on one of my next cooks.
