Ribs and some sides

We had company tonight.
I put a rack of baby backs on for dinner tonight.
Sides were bbq corn, basil pasta salad, and phake Krab salad.
Desert was pie and ice cream.

The ribs were cooked different this time.
I played the rack down horizontally, no flipping, no wrapping no nothing other than a mop.
Turned out nice .
