Ribs and poppers on the SmokeFire.

Threw some Costco ribs on the SmokeFire , wife has been wanting jalapeño poppers so I decided while I was at it I’d throw some ribs on.

Yep, Barb makes a lot of different types of jalapeno poppers. Makes them and cooks them on the gasser. Yum!

Ok this turned out pretty damn good, ribs fall off the bone, which some may or may not like but the wife feels like I nailed em when that happens.
With a little Dan hoo inspiration I hit the bacon with a torch to crisp it up, these are cream cheese, jalepeno cheddar and Spiceology garlic junkie wrapped in bacon.

I went with a jalepeno cheddar cheese, whipped cream cheese and Spiceology garlic junkie as the seasoning. Very good.
