Had a tiny rack of ribs left from a 10lb case ($1.39 a lb, got another case of these the other day for .99 c a lb) , sauced with SBR/ACV , indirect on gasser about 375 for 1.5 hrs or so
Some apple wood scraps for smoke

Legs marinated in Stubbs hatch green chile and rubbed with carribean jerk

Tomato/chickpea salad with cilantro

All was very tasty...

Nice pictures Kurt it looks tasty! How did the whiffle ball game go? Growing up in BayRidge , Brooklyn every year during the block party it was stickball kids n grandparents vs the parents! Fun times and thanks for sharing!

We have what seems like a nightly game here! It's great! We also do a lot of "P-G Ball" ... Mini golf balls and a bat about as thick as a broom stick, home run Derbys as well... 5-10 kids here at a time ... Pirates game on TV on deck... I even spray painted a home run line on the hillside... They were playing in the pouring down rain last night!

It's a weber recipe
3 TB evoo
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 cup cilantro

Easy and excellent
