So some neighbors were having a small get together and asked me to smoke some ribs and chicken.

Forgot to take the first photo of ribs hitting the smoker, so this one is in the 2nd stage foiled.

Taking this WSM goodness to the neighbors house where the rest of the fixings are, they think i'm weird
because i take photos of food so this is it, didn't bring the camera or iPhone …boo

Nice job Jeff....nice color on the BBQ.

When a friend sees me doing the pic taking of the BBQ. I tell him or her that I belong to a BBQ forum and we share cooks and trade information on how to cook and improve our process to grill or BBQ food. Now they look around and point out who has the best looking plate so I can take a pic and share with you guys. :)

I tried that and they said a BBQ forum…. really, after they ate the ribs and chicken they asked what are you smoking next weekend.
I said don't know, maybe a ham.

MY next question was, next time can i take some pictures…… overwhelming answer was yes.

Ill try and get them to this stage.>> Now they look around and point out who has the best looking plate so I can take a pic and share with you guys.

Wow, like the color of those ribs and legs!!! I used to feel a little embarrassed at first when I started taking pics of my food, now everybody asks if I need to take pics before they dig in!!

My wife and sister-in-law help me plate and make multiple arrangements.
 
Great lookin food Jeff! Let'em think your weird and take your pix. I get the same sort of thing, and I just tell'em about the TVWBB and how it has improved my bbq game and they come around.
