Ribeyes last night, Ham & Swiss tonight

Ribeyes cooked direct (covered) the entire time, flipped & position rotated (left -> middle -> right) every 2 minutes........not sure how long.

This is a sourdough baguette with jalapeno/ranch (homemade) as the dressing, BF Ham, & some Swiss:

Holy cow, now that's a sandwich!!! :) ....I would have just slapped the ribeyes on that baguette, though. :)
