Ribeyes and Filets on Weber Spirit

Spent a week with my baby sister. Yeah, she's 24 and married, but she'll always be baby sister. Her husband is stationed in Charleston, SC and my wife and I got a chance to repay them for their hospitality with a steak dinner. It was a lot of fun showing my brother-in-law some things I do as I prep dinner, little "tricks", and timing on meat. He really wants to grill good food for my sister....he's a keeper

Publix in Mount Pleasant, SC had a great selection, friendly helpful staff, and a very clean store. Can't skip over quality people when you have a great customer experience.

My little sister told me it was perfect! My brother-in-law feels a little more comfortable with his grill. Wine was drank. Memories were made. This is what grilling's all about as far as I'm concerned.
