Rib-Eyes, Bread & Salad

Here we go...


Rib-eyes seasoned with S&P, an Italian sub roll soaked in rosemary, garlic oil and Campbell's corn.

I've seen a lot of people posting their fauna lately and love seeing it. Here is a "bush" that means a whole lot to us. Leigh-Ann's brother, Marty was a wiz with gardening (as well as grilling). He lost his battle with cancer 6 years ago at 40. When he died we got a cutting from one of his oak leaf hydrangeas. 6 years later, this is it in our yard.

Back to the cookin'. Steaks on, 2 minutes a side. Corn finishing up and the bread getting crusty.

Everything off.

Plated with one of the best salads I've ever had.

The salad stole the show, for sure. Awesome!!
