Replacement regulator and hose


 
Yes there is not "right or wrong" on an LP appliance i.e. a grill or what have you, UNLESS you buy something rated in PSI or as "adjustable". Those are not meant for grills and are unsafe. THe big thing to look for is "11" WC" if you see things like 1 PSI or 1/2 PSI do not use it.
After that it's simply hose length and fitting size and Weber seems to have fallen on a pretty standard 3/8" flare fitting.
 
Yes, for sure. I was just pointing out the price disparity. While not all non-OEM options are good ones - no matter how cheap - Doyzant seems to be one of the better alternatives.

Some people new to the hobby tend to do like I did and go with Weber everything. I meant my comment to be helpful in highlighting a viable different way to go.
