Replacement Beans

I'd mentioned I would make a batch of beans to replace the ones I sort of ruined on Smoke Day. Got that done at the end of last week and they came out much better. Reduced the pepper heat to a more normal level so someone besides me could eat them.

"Bowled"

After bringing to boil over some very high Vortex heat, I let them simmer for four hours, indirect on my Weber 22" kettle running at a very steady 300 degrees. Came out really tasty. Thanks for looking.

Looks good Cliff, I was going to cook some beans this weekend myself. Put it off as we got invited to a Pot Luck and beans were spoken for, I cooked Scalloped Potatoes on the 18" WSM instead. They turned out very good!
