Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon...

Tony you know how to live right. My favorite Steak (Ribeye), my favorite beer (Rolling Rock), my favorite appetizer (ABTs) and some of my favorite 70's music (Natural High). I going to have to dig that record out and play it. So I am always interested in how others do their ABTs. It looks like you are using the whole pepper, am I right? do you split it down the middle to gut it?

Sorry Tony, forget coming up here...I'm coming down to you! 101 S to the 10.... ;)
That made my mouth water.
That warming rack is awesome!

Maribel prepares them. She always uses the whole pepper and cuts the top. stuffs it then puts toothpicks on top to secure and then wraps the top with bacon tightly and secures with toothpicks again.

this cook for some reason she split them down the middle. I think we lost more cheese doing it this way.

Started with 4 giant potatos.
