Great looking sandwiches. Did similar yesterday but not with the precision you have showed. Thawed the night before and just through on bread and had lunch. Probably do the same meal for lunch today but you are making me up my game on this one. Love it when the freezer has plenty of leftover PP and brisket.

Used to love diving to the bottom of my chest freezer to find the long lost treasures. Now that we have two uprights not much disappears, although I did find a whole chicken hidden behind some pork butts.

I just rummaged through my freezer hoping to find some pulled pork to put on a burger after seeing your post, but no luck.

My disappointment didn't last too long though, as I found a tri tip, some pastrami (large deli pastrami from restaurant depot), wings, blue cheese, etc ---- so not a total loss.
