Red Wine Top Sirloin with Red Wine Butter

Marinated a couple of thick top sirloin steaks in red wine with salt free garlic herb seasoning and Montreal steak seasoning for about four hours. Barb made a red wine butter to go on top when the steaks were done.
Served with grilled corn and a tomato, basil and mozzarella salad.
Cooked the steak to 120 and let it rest for 5 minutes.
This was a great meal and we will be doing it again.
