Pammi asked last night if we had propane. I checked and told her that we had enough to last the night and I need to get some today
Got up just a bit ago and we ran out after a few minutes of running the furnace! I reminded her of what I said and added, “it’s no longer night!”
Luckily, we have a small tank for the grill and fire pit that I just filled, so we have heat until I go get some propane!

We’re camping south of Nashville, visiting friends and our “grands”. We were over at their house this morning having breakfast when the doorbell rang. It was a garbage truck driver
He was squeezing past my truck and a car at the neighbors across the street and he very lightly clipped my mirror!
I went out and looked at it and there was no damage, just a small paint transfer
I told him that it was fine and thanked him for stopping and letting me know
We went back to our meal and about 10 minutes later, the doorbell rang again. This time it was a police officer asking if I wanted to press charges! It seems that the driver did the proper thing and let his dispatcher know and THEY called the cops!
Once again, I told him that there was no damage and that it was fine
As a former truck driver myself, it’s nice that they did the right thing!

The holly jolly's starting early this year! I can't remember the last time we had measurable snowfall at this point.
And next Saturday the high's supposed to be 66.

Wasn't too long ago (at least in our parts) saw measurable prior to my B/Day in October. Like around the 15th to the 20th IIRC. I remember as a kid my mom would have b/day parties for me all my little pals. And more times than not they were coming over in a snow storm.The holly jolly's starting early this year!
