From Weber's Steaks & Sides. The rub and sauce on these were fabulous. Honestly though, I was more excited about the corn on the cob than anything else. First corn of the year...and I ate all 6 ears. LOL

I haven't a clue where the corn came from...nor do I care. LOL I got it at Whole Foods in Plymouth Meeting. They had 6 ears for $2. I'll take it considering it's still April.

Great looking steaks. I went to the farmers market the other day and they had white corn on the cob 5 for a $1.00. They were on the small side but they were good.

Thank you for the compliments, ladies. I think I'm goin to do a tri-tip either today or tomorrow. Interestingly enough, when I asked for one at Whole Foods yesterday, they said they had them, but they'd cut them up into smaller pieces of meat. I'll take pictures of the label. I asked for a roast...and they cut one up for me. I'm curious to see if everyone in here can confirm it's indeed a tri-tip. I assume these guys know what they're talking about, but you never know.
