Howdy folks! We are having lovely rainy weather but that is ok! Use to it by now. Just me and the boy tonight so we decided to try our hand at some turkey patty melts! I saw Jon's earlier post http://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?34743-Time-to-Get-Started-on-TVWBB-2-0-Patty-Melts.
And it sounded gooood!!

Ugly flip! Ground turkey can be challenging! Was seasoned up with S&P, egg, oil, lots of garlic and onion!

Over all good food! I went a little stingy on the onion but had great flavor! Not quite pork steak....
