Quick Saturday dinner

Quick and easy, minced onion burgers and butcher shop natural casing hotdogs for dinner. Also made some onion brats and pizza brats for later in the week.





Paper plated with some sweet potato fries the boss baked, homemade dill pickles, and topped with Lakeside's dill mustard.

The mustard is awesome. I use it almost daily on my lunch sammichs. He now has a jalapeño mustard, in addition to the horseradish and hot honey and dusseldorf. Good stuff..

Thanks. Yes. -6 at the time I was done grilling. It is a La Crosse weather station. Got it for Christmas, but I think sam's had them there. Works good so far, when it warms up I have to mount the outdoor sensor, right now it's zip-tied to a yard light.
