Good evening/morning now! Just a real simple burger cook! Saturday was packed with work, yard stuff and last minute changes! About 1/2 way thru this one I was informed we were going bowling(really? Have not bowled in 20 years) yes dear....gotta haul butt now!

Ok still loving the new grates!

Was actually really good for a frozen burger!
Went bowling after and was great family fun! My 7 year old had a blast and even the teen ager got into it!

Ok gotta get back to my brisket cook! Catch ya all later

Take care.

Looks great, Morgan!

I'll push a lawnmower around for a burger and home fry plate like that.

Looks real good, Morgan. Sometimes those "on the fly" meals are the best. I'd eat that anytime!! And not to be over-shadowed by those monster burgers, those tater wedges look great!!

Morgan, that's a great meal by any standard! Tell me which costco burger that is please?? I had given up on the Costco burgers, but those look pretty darn good!! I have been getting "Huisken" brand frozen patties here in NC - for the 'in a pinch' meal and think they are quite good. I think they are from Minnesota...but they are pricey, more that $1 a burger...

PS - I'll help you cut the grass if that meal is the reward!

Thanks for all the great replys (and lawn mowing offers!)

Jim these were the Kirkland premier 1/3 pound sirloin burger's! I think a lot of folks over cook the frozen burgers and they end up tasting like sawdust! I cook them frozen, and pull them when they don't look cooked from the sear and let them sit with cheese indirect for a few! About 2 to 3 minutes a side, then just till the cheese is nice and gooey!

Hope that helps!

Thanks Morgan - I think I was usually getting the 1/4 pounders and they definately are not as good from what I have heard. Will have to try the 1/3rds and grill per your suggestion! Thanks for the tips!
