Nothing outstanding here, more of a reminder to those who say grilling takes too much time. My wife came home and we both realized no one had planned dinner. No biggie but one of our sons would be eating with us too. A look in the freezer turned up frozen hot sausage. A look in the fridge turned up Jalapeno peppers, Bell peppers, a red onion and garlic. Call son and tell him to pick up some rolls. Grab the assistant and light the coals...........
Wait 15 minutes and throw the sausage on indirect for 20 minutes. While that's cooking, chop the veggies. Stir fry the veggies for the last 5 minutes the sausage is cooking. Take it inside, open a beer, grab a roll and dinner is served, Hot Sausage Sandwiches, 35 minutes total................
