Q1200 round 2

I needed some drumsticks for a few lunches so I fired up the Q1200. Did a simple rub. Ran on low. Got a little crispy on the first side as I wasn't paying attention to time. Think these took about 30-35 minutes or so.

Yeah the stands aren't the best. I saw that you wash the grates. If you want the real wiggle try using a brush cleaner on them. Tasty looking drums too.

That’s one reason I’ve been washing them. The other reason is I currently don’t have a scraper that wind damage the porcelain.
 
Love the green color on the Q1200, you need a little crunch on those drummies anyway..
I found a Teak fold up table at a garage sale for $25.00 that holds my Q-grill just fine.
