Q 2800N+ Review


 
You will be able to pick up used Q3xxx grills used for quite a few more years.

Are they discontinuing the Q3xxx size without replacing it.

I spoke with a Weber rep and he said the 2800 is it. Not sure if that’s long term or not.
I’m probably passing on the new grill.
My 320 will be in pretty good shape once I get that igniter and grate in. Hope they come by Saturday.

Yeah, I like some of the new colors, and the 2-burner setup on a medium Q looks like a nice improvement to me. I will be watching for when these start showing up used on the resale market.
 
Looks to be pretty significant. But mostly on a room under the hood aspect. It doesn't look like there is really much extra grate cooking area...maybe a little.
 
I went ahead and picked up a 3200 for when our house is finally redone. I don’t know when the family q is coming out and I’m a huge fan of the bulletproof cart.
From the pics I saw of the new carts I didn’t want to regret not grabbing one.
I talked Ace into a decent enough discount.
The good news with the 3200’s is the grates will stay the same size.
