You're shaming me with that home made bread. Looks delicious. Got a recipe or link to one? I've never made bread.

EXCELLENT !! You're an inspiration to us all, Daniel.

Offcource i do,to tired to make this into cup and oz and whatever so here u got the european recipy. If u like an chewy hard crust bread this is a good one.

Here we go:

25g fresh yeast.
3dl whater 38c (finger temp)
1 tespoone salt
2 tablespoon oliveoil
7-8 dl flour
Mix water and yeast untill the yeast have become one with the wwater, add salt and oil and work as mutch of that flour to make a good dough(shiny and not to sticky)

let it rest under a towel for 20 min, work that dough again and form 4 rolls and let em rest under a towel again for 45 min.
(wanna add some herbs/seasalt/cheese ontop do that now)

Then put em in the oven/grill heat:225c for like 20-25 mins

Bless
